van een vermeende verkeersovertreding, waarvan ondergetekende ten onrechte werd beschuldigd, is advocatenkantoor RK ingeschakeld voor juridische bijstand. Hoewel ondergetekende reeds herhaaldelijk verweer had ingediend bij de officier van justitie \u2013 onderbouwd met overtuigend bewijs dat hij zich ten tijde van de overtreding onmogelijk op de aangegeven locatie kon bevinden \u2013 werden deze verweren telkens zonder gegronde motivering afgewezen.\n\nGezien de representatieve functie van ondergetekende en het belang van reputatie, was het geen optie om de boete te accepteren. Tijdens de zitting heeft RK met een zorgvuldig opgebouwd en helder gepresenteerd pleidooi de rechter direct kunnen overtuigen van het gebrek aan bewijs en de ongegrondheid van de beschuldiging. De officier van justitie trok de aanklacht daarop onmiddellijk in.\n\nDankzij de doortastende en professionele aanpak van RK is niet alleen volledige rechtvaardiging verkregen, maar is tevens een schadevergoeding toegekend voor de onnodige kosten en de emotionele belasting die deze langdurige kwestie (bijna een jaar) met zich meebracht.\n\nAdvocatenkantoor RK heeft in deze zaak blijk gegeven van buitengewone deskundigheid, vastberadenheid en integriteit. Het betrof een kwestie rondom openstaande financi\u00eble vergoedingen, waarbij de verantwoordelijkheid voortdurend werd doorgeschoven tussen verschillende instanties. Als particuliere organisatie was het vrijwel onmogelijk om hierin zelfstandig tot een oplossing te komen.\n\nDe juridische en organisatorische complexiteit van het jeugdzorgsysteem vereiste niet alleen juridische expertise, maar ook diepgaand inzicht in de werking van gemeentelijke processen en jeugdzorgstructuren.
